POSITION SUMMARY This program takes place at Veterans Haven South in Hammonton, NJ.  The Creative Arts Therapist participates as a member of the care team in planning, providing, and evaluating creative art therapy for veterans to enhance the delivery of quality care. The Creative Arts Therapist assesses, develops and plans creative arts therapy activities for patients appropriate to the multidisciplinary plan of care. The Therapist plans activities at the patient's level of functioning and evaluates and documents the patient's response to the program.
