STAFF EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Position Summary:This is a Crisis De-Escalation Instructor with Clinical Education. Prior clinical experience preferred. Will be coordinating and administering crisis intervention programs throughout the organization.Perform advanced consultation; conduct advanced level training programs for managers, supervisors, and employees; and manage and coordinate complex research and development projects in area of expertise. Ensures adherence to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures. No patient care assignment.Related Education and Experience may be substituted for one another on a year for year basis.Accountability:
