The Team Leader is full-time staff member, who directs and supervises staff activities, leads team organizational and service planning meetings, provides clinical direction to staff regarding individual cases, conducts side-by-side contacts with staff and regularly conducts individual supervision meetings. The Team Leader is responsible for direct patient services as a member of the clinical staff, clinical supervision for staff, and administration and leadership of the team, on an ongoing basis. The Team Leader provides overall direction in creating policies, performance improvement projects, and program utilization.
