Lifepoint Behavioral Health is seeking a passionate, creative and goal-oriented Behavioral Health Associate to join the team at the adolescent behavioral health unit located within Baystate Health. We specialize in behavioral health services to children and teens up to 17 years of age. We offer a compassionate and multi-disciplinary treatment team led by Board-certified child psychiatrist and includes licensed therapists, recreational therapists, and nursing.

• Responsible for conducting functional analyses of patient behavior, participating as a member of the treatment team, contributing to the Master Treatment Plan and implementing appropriate interventions from the plan.

• Conducts individual and group psycho-education, leisure activities and life- skill training and coaching for all patients.

• Responsible for safety monitoring of patients and of the unit.

As a Behavioral Health Associate you will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Human Services Field of Study

• BLS, CPI

• 1-2 years of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
