DescriptionThe Neurobehavioral Clinic at CCHMC is under the Department of Psychiatry and focuses on the population of patients with co-occurring mental health and developmental concerns.The Social Worker (LISW) or Clinical Counselor (LPCC) would be embedded in a multi-disciplinary outpatient team and the primary responsibilities would include: Providing psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, psychologists, and social worker/clinical counselor clinicians support in the outpatient clinic as needed. Manage referrals from providers to coordinate community resources, system navigation, and social supports for patients and families. Update and disburse information on available resources.
