The Cardiovascular Perfusion Assistant/Anesthesia Assistant- Medical Instrument Technician, under the supervision of a clinical perfusionist, will be capable of assisted operation and maintaining of autologous blood therapy devices and other related equipment. Responsible for assisting staff perfusionists in adult cardiopulmonary bypass procedures requiring heart-lung bypass and adjunctive procedures that include isolated limb perfusions, venovenous bypass, arterial-venous bypass and ECMO.
