The Substance Treatment Services LPMHC for women Veterans assumes responsibility for the provision of substance abuse services to women veterans who are seen on an outpatient basis in the Substance Treatment Services Team (STS), which is located within the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinic or at a CBOC within the Syracuse VAMC catchment area.
