The primary purpose of the Blind Rehabilitation Outpatient Specialist (BROS) position is to provide direct blind and vision rehabilitation training services to visually impaired Veterans and Service members. The incumbent identifies, assesses, trains, and provides follow-up for Veterans using clinical resources of the VISN 23 Clinical Resource Hub (CRH).
