Our dynamic, inclusive, and passionate small staff team are looking for a rising superstar to lead membership retention & recruitment while being the internal expert on our AMS system. Reporting to the Executive Director the Manager shares with all staff a passion for our mission and the community we serve. The Manager will also be the internal data base expert, and help the team use data and best practices to position the organization as a must-have membership. The Manager will be a direct conduit to our membership ensuring top quality empathetic and efficient customer service.
