You Will Be Responsible For:

• Collection of comprehensive data pertinent to the patients’ health or situation.
• Performs consults as indicated from database collection
• Analyzes the assessment data to determine course of treatment.
• Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient or situation.

What You Will Need:

• Current license of Speech Language Pathologist in Florida or licensure from another state with verification of application and eligibility for Florida licensure by endorsement
• Valid BCLS or completion within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Pathology School / Master’s Degree

Job Summary:

The Speech Pathologist provides self-directed, effective therapy to patients in accordance with Florida Speech Pathology Association standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Chapter 486.021 (S): “Speech Pathologist means a person who is licensed and who practices speech therapy in accordance with this chapter.
