Desirable qualifications: Paneled with BCBS. Experience with substance abuse, eating disorders, blended families, ATR-BC, social/cultural awareness, interest in offering groups (DBT or skills group), sensorimotor psychotherapy, body positive, sex positive. Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities: Offering individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy within our small group practice (virtual and in person). Collaborating with clinicians within practice to offer responsive supportive care. Maintaining at least a caseload of 10 or more clients weekly, commitment to bi-monthly supervision meetings.

Minimum Qualifications: LMFT, LCSW, LCPC or equivalent, At least 3-5 years post masters. Intersectional framework, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, experience with treating complex trauma and intergenerational trauma. Must have their own liability insurance.

We offer art therapy, animal assisted interventions, and psychotherapy integrating feminist, person centered, attachment, and systems oriented approaches. We acknowledge the harm of systemic racism, white supremacy and actively work to dismantle racism in our practices and are committed to examining our own intersections engage inanti-racist bi-monthly discussions.
