The Workplace Violence Prevention Program Coordinator is a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPMHC) who facilitates the implementation of violence prevention strategies at a local level. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of three VHA initiatives: Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior (PMDB), Employee Threat Assessment Team (ETAT), Disruptive Behavior Committee (DBC), Disruptive Behavior Reporting System (DBRS).
