The Team Leader will provide direct oversight over Respiratory staff and participates in evaluations and counseling sessions of Respiratory staff.Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care given to patients at PMC requiring respiratory therapy services.

Minimum Education:Graduate of an approved and accredited Respiratory Therapy program; Associate degree in Science is required.
Minimum Experience:3 to 5 years of experience required. Minimum of 1 year of Team Leader/Supervisory experience preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:Minimum of CRT required.RRT preferred.BLS required upon hire; ACLS, NRP, and PALS required within orientation period.
