Center for Change is seeking a part-time Recreation Therapist (4 - 7 hours/week) to collaborate with the Center's multidisciplinary treatment team in providing leisure-skill building, service learning, and outdoor leisure education experiences to patients in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Boise, Idaho.
The Center's Philosophy: The Center's philosophy on treating eating disorders focuses on providing patients with opportunities to explore feelings and expand their sense of self through meaningful recreation therapy experiences.
Responsibilities: Plan and implement recreation therapy interventions including leisure-skill building, outdoor leisure education, service learning, and ropes and challenge courses; transport patients to and from activities; process experiences and report outcomes in progress notes.
