We have a great opportunity for an experienced Allied Therapist/Activity Therapist to join our team asÂ Lead Allied/Activity Therapist.Â In the Lead Allied/Activity Therapist position you will work under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.Â Position responsibilities:
Provision of Activity Therapy Services based on individual patient treatment objectives in conjunction with the multidisciplinary treatment plan and the activity therapy plan of service
Promote patient care through professional, empathetic, assertive and detail-oriented treatment that remains consistent with the philosophy & objectives of The Meadows Psychiatric Center
Provide guidance, mentor staff, lead problem solving & collaboration, work with functional managers and coordinators and serve as a focal point for communication.
Maintain comprehensive understanding of regulatory and internal standards to ensure therapeutic documentation through regular chart reviews.

This is a primarily day shift position with participation in a weekend rotation.
