Camelot Care Centers and Pathways by Molina is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual for our Licensed Clinical Director position to join our team.
Ensures that therapeutic interventions are provided to children and families in a caring, competent, and responsible way by performing the following duties.
Manages in-home counselors directly or indirectly. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in a Human Service discipline and three years of related experience working with children/adolescents and families in a therapeutic treatment environment and two years experience in a supervisory capacity.
