Job Description The Inpatient Therapist provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, delivery and documentation of individual, group and family psychotherapy, facilitation of behavioral changes, and discharge planning to meet the needs of assigned patients (ages 4-17). Provides clinical guidance and education to direct care workers. Provides patient specific treatment, adhere to patient safety standards, assures patient rights, prevents/identifies/reports abuse, and oversees quality of individualized therapeutic interventions. Achieves positive, sustainable outcomes with youth presenting serious clinical problems.
