:North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is an 87-bed, Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services licensed, Joint Commission accredited psychiatric residential treatment facility and a 15-bed acute psychiatric hospital serving children and adolescents with a broad spectrum of psychiatric service needs. We additionally have two capacity expansions planned for completion over the next 9 months due to the high demand for our services. Our strategic plan for the past two years has been centered on improving fidelity to our evidence-based clinical methodology.

We are currently recruiting for a Therapist licensed in Virginia to join our clinical team. Preference given to Therapist who has CSOTP and/or CSAC certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
Attend all treatment teams for assigned residents.
Attend weekly clinical supervision.
Coordinates multifamily/group/family education group
Staff training, as needed.
On call/weekend coverage, as needed
Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility

Compensation package:
Competitive salary ($70,000-$73,000 per year)
