Position Summary: To assist in the direct care and management of children, adolescent and young adult residents (age 13 to 22 years) as prescribed by the physician and treatment team; to provide supervision, safety and crisis management for the resident population; to complete documentation of resident behavior and participation in programming; to adhere to the scheduled activities; role model positive, mature behavior; utilize positive behavioral strategies to minimize resident crisis and maximize success.
